Creative Strategist

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

Here is what you will do as Creative Strategist:

Concept Development

• Generating innovative ideas for campaigns that capture attention and convey the intended message effectively
• Organize and synthesize complex information into clear, actionable strategies that align with company goals and resonate with target audiences
• Testing and refining ideas through focus groups or surveys to gauge audience reaction before full-scale implementation.

Research and Analysis

• Perform in-depth research on the 4Cs: company, competition, consumer, and culture to inform strategic decisions
• Researching current market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes to inform creative concepts
• Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of competitors to identify market trends, strengths, and weaknesses.

Audience Segmentation

• Utilize analytics tools to gather insights on customer demographics, preferences, and behaviors
• Create detailed customer personas that represent different segments of the target audience, helping to tailor messaging and creative approaching
• Develop strategies for reaching specific audience segments through various channels based on their unique characteristics
• Tailor campaigns that meet target audience preferences and behaviors.

Implementation Oversight

• Coordinating with various teams (i.e., design team) to ensure that the campaign is executed as planned
• Coordinate timelines, budgets and resources to ensure that campaigns are delivered on schedule and within budget
• Track campaign performance metrics post-launch to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement in future campaigns.
