Voxility network faces an unprecedented growth, by opening new operation sites across the globe. As this happens, we are constantly growing our team, meaning the facility needs are growing as well. You will be a key member in the Logistics department, being responsible for the electronic and physical archive, but also offering support in billing, receiving correspondence (both physical and electronic) and guests, but also for acquisitions. This role requires a high attention to detail, ability to prioritize and responsibility.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
Maintain continuous relationship with our suppliers and offering support to the manager in the billing area
Keep up to date Voxility's archive, both electronic and physical (scanning, printing, organizing documents)
Daily update for our billings in an internal system
Receiving packages and guests, as well as redirecting them to the correct department
Management of an important mailbox in the Logistics department, being also responsible for redirecting all of the emails to the correct department/person
Represent Voxility’s values and high excellence customer service standards, in all interactions, both inside and outside the company
THE SUCCESFUL CANDIDATE
Medium level of English language;
At least 1 year of experience in a similar job activity;
Good skills of Microsoft Office;
Detail oriented and excellent time management skills;
Oriented to always working in an ethical, fair and sustainable way;
Self-motivated go-getter who is driven to achieve results;
Highly responsible and organized - a must!
WHAT WE OFFER
Our company offers a competitive salary plan that rewards accumulated experience within the organization. The plan includes the following salary increments:
A starting net salary of 4500 RON
Increases in 4th month to 8.548 gross (5000 net)
Increases in 10th month with +30% gross
